As a Mortgage Tech Sales Rep, you’ll target mortgage brokerages (typically ≤100 LOs) to sell our $9,000 Video Ads Library, a high-impact tool that strengthens Loan Officer-Realtor relationships. You’ll leverage your B2B sales experience to prospect, demo, and close deals with broker owners and branch managers, earning 33% commissions ($3,000 per sale). With a 20% demo-to-sale close rate, top performers hit six-figure OTE through cold calls, virtual demos, and relationship-building.

As a Mortgage Tech Sales Rep, you’ll target mortgage brokerages (typically ≤100 LOs) to sell our $9,000 Video Ads Library, a high-impact tool that strengthens Loan Officer-Realtor relationships. You’ll leverage your B2B sales experience to prospect, demo, and close deals with broker owners and branch managers, earning 33% commissions ($3,000 per sale). With a 20% demo-to-sale close rate, top performers hit six-figure OTE through cold calls, virtual demos, and relationship-building.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and cold-call 100+ mortgage brokers weekly (e.g., owners, branch managers).
- Deliver compelling virtual demos, using Zoom or similar, showcasing the Video Library’s partnership value. Demo materials/presentations/guides provided.
- Close high-ticket deals ($9,000 avg.) with a consultative, ROI-driven approach.
- Build referral pipelines by leveraging broker and Realtor networks when possible.
- Track leads and deals in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot or similar).
- Achieve 10–20 online demos/week, targeting 1–2 closes for $120K–$150K+ OTE.
- 3–5 years B2B sales experience, ideally in mortgage SaaS (e.g., Floify, LendingPad, ARIVE, Calyx, BNTouch or similar) preferred.
- Proven track record: 120%+ quota attainment with superior close rates.
- Strong cold-calling skills (100+ calls/week) and virtual demo expertise.
- Existing relationships with small mortgage brokers/owners a plus.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and polished communicator.
- Comfort with CRM tools and tech-savvy prospecting.
- High Earnings: 33% uncapped commissions ($3,000/sale) vs. typical $100–$500 SaaS deals. Multiple up-selling opportunities yield long-term recurring commissions in addition the initial commission.
