Is this Role Right for You?
This can be a great job for many people. But in order to be successful, there are 3 MUST HAVES and 1 SHOULD HAVE.
- You must have a laptop or other computer with internet access. If you don't have one, sorry, this isn't right for you.
- You must be a strong communicator on the phone. If you enjoy speaking with people in a friendly and helpful way, and you are OK with "cold calling" people who aren't expecting your call, you can be very good in this role. If you made it this far, you've likely passed this requirement from the phone interview already :)
- You must be detail-oriented. If you are scatter-brained or disorganized, you will likely struggle in this role. Why? Well, you will need to keep good notes on your calls/contacts/leads so you can keep track of what communications you've had and follow-up appropriately. Knowledge and experience with Google sheets or Excel spreadsheets will help tremendously but even those who are new to spreadsheets can learn the basics in 1 hour or less.
- You SHOULD be motivated and hardworking. Look, this CAN be a part-time job. And yes, you absolutely can do this job from home. And yes, the amount of time you devote is 100% flexible. But if you believe you can make 5 calls a day and make this work, you will be disappointed. Many prospects you call will not answer their phone. You will leave a lot of voicemails. So it's a numbers game. If you place 15 - 20 calls per hour, you absolutely will get several appointment set per day on average and we typically close at least 1 big sale per 3 appointments so you will be getting large bonuses regularly.

SECOND:
You will receive at least 3 items when getting started.

- We will provide an initial list of leads for your area(s) in a Google sheet. You will be assigned AT LEAST ONE ENTIRE STATE for your sales area/market. If you are successful, you will be given additional states (if you want). The sky's the limit!
- We will provide a unique sales / discount code to give away free for our Real Estate Video Library membership. This is sort of a last resort way to still make money on a lead that might not be at all interested in having their own video library or scheduling an appointment. So even if the owners/team leader don't want a demo to be scheduled, you can leave them with a free discount code to pass along to their sales agents/ realtors.
And any use of your discount code by a realtor/agent will generate recurring sales for you -- ranging between $8 per month or $200 per lifetime membership. No lead you call should leave empty-handed! - We will provide a unique sales / discount code to give away free for our Guaranteed Buyer Leads service. Likewise, you may also wish to share a second discount code for our home buyer leads service. Any use of your code will generate recurring sales for you -- typically $100 per use. Again, No lead should leave empty-handed! - The second, and the one you will be promoting, is a full duplication of the membership site that we build and sell in its ENTIRETY to real estate brokerages or teams for all of their sales agents to use. We license the brokerage/team to use all of our video creations for life. They essentially own the rights to use all our videos (free from copyright infringements). Helping owners, team leaders and their agents with "video advertising" is easily understood and communicated making this a good place to start selling.
First, understand that a brokerage owner's (and Team Leader's) primary objective is to help their group of real estate agents sell more homes. The more home sales the agents complete, the more money the owners (and Team Leaders) make.

Objective: Schedule Appointments
- Starting off, scheduling appointments for our sales "closers" is your objective. You will receive $30 per appointment scheduled & completed by a one of closers, regardless of whether or not the owner/team leader purchases our solutions.
- If a closer sells on the appointment, you will also get a BONUS for your efforts. Bonuses typically range from $500 to $2000 depending on final $$$ of the sale. Larger commissions are available if/when you are trained & ready to close sales in addition to scheduling appointments.
- If an owner is simply not interested in an online meeting/appointment, leave them with a free discount code for the Real Estate Video Library to pass along to their agents (and/or with a discount for our Lead solutions). If any agents use it, you receive 50% of all revenue generated from their memberships (see commission schedule).
Step 1: Get Leads, Build Leads List
- Contact our Owner to get started fast - text Bob at 678.425.8298. He will provide an initial lead list as mentioned earlier. NOTE: Making phone calls is the most effective way to go. And a verified cell phone is best. Sending only emails rarely works. They do not get opened and might get marked as SPAM since you don't have permission to send it.
- Finding more leads is super easy. Learning to use the following 4 resources means you can find UNLIMITED new leads in seconds. Click the orange links below to watch a short video tutorial on each.
- Google search (PRIMARY Resource): real estate offices (city/county), real estate brokerages (city/county), 100 commission brokerage (city/county)
- ChatGPT.com (PRIMARY Resource): Artificial intelligence, setup a free account. It can give you instant names and companies of broker / owners. And It can search websites INSTANTLY to find owner contact info. Extremely useful tool.
- Google search for LinkedIn profiles by job title (PRIMARY Resource): Use searches like "Real Estate Broker owner Linkedin (city)" and similar for dozens or 100s of leads. Find their Linkedin profile then do a search for their company website.
Optional: Wiza.com -- Setup a free Wiza.com account and add it to your Chrome browser or other browser. You can pluck 5 phone numbers and 20 emails free from people on LinkedIn with a free Wiza account. If you are successful in this role, we may elect to buy you paid subscriptions to give you more. - TruePeopleSearch.com (PRIMARY Resource): This resource will help you find direct cell phone numbers for a higher call success rate.

Step 3: Manage Your Leads
There are numerous ways to manage your call list. Use whatever you are comfortable with. Here are some tools you can use.
- Google Sheets -- Free spreadsheets to store your calls/contacts and make notes regarding following-up on message left, etc.
- Hubspot.com -- Free version available to start. If you are successful, we will pay for a premium version for you. This is much more organized and powerful than Google Sheets. However, it may take some time to learn it. Google Sheets is easy and fast for getting started.
